1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DineIT ("the Platform"), operated by Flying Samurai Solutions Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DineIT is a cloud-based restaurant management and point-of-sale platform providing tools for order management, billing, inventory, staff management, customer loyalty, and reporting. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Plans are billed per outlet, per month or per year as selected.
• A 30-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
• After the trial, a paid plan is required to continue using the platform.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written consent.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform, including menu items, customer records, and transaction data. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and content of the DineIT platform are the exclusive property of Flying Samurai Solutions Private Limited. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where feasible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flying Samurai Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
